Send your event date, venue and equipment. No payment is needed to ask.

We review and approve
We confirm availability, delivery and the final price, then send your rental agreement.

Sign and pay
Sign the agreement and pay 50% to reserve (in full if your event is within 14 days). The balance is charged automatically 7 days before.

Delivery and setup
We deliver, set up and test before your event for $75, or you pick up for free. Want someone running sound? Add an audio operator.

Enjoy your event
Everything is tested before it leaves and again when it comes back.

How does booking work?

Choose a package or equipment and send a request with your event details. We confirm your date and send your rental agreement. Sign it and pay your deposit online, and you’re booked.

Request a quote

Do I pay anything to request a quote?

No. Requesting a quote is free and does not reserve equipment. Nothing is charged until we approve your request and you accept the rental agreement.

How much is the deposit?

If your event is more than 14 days away, you pay 50% when you book and the balance is charged to the same card 7 days before your rental. Events within 14 days are paid in full when booked. Your deposit is part of your total, not an extra fee.

Do you deliver and set up?

Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup afterward is a flat $75 anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. We set up and test everything before your event. The Live package is always delivered.

Where do you deliver?

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and surrounding areas. Access, parking, loading and timing are confirmed in your quote.

I don’t know what equipment I need. Can you help?

Yes. Build My System asks a few questions about your event and recommends equipment, and we review every request before confirming it.

Build my system

Can someone run the sound during my event?

Yes. You can add an audio operator to manage microphones, music playback and live mixing. Operator service is $300 per event day.

Can the equipment be used outdoors?

Yes, with sheltered placement and suitable power. Outdoor events get a weather, power and coverage review before equipment is confirmed.

What if I need to cancel or change dates?

Plans change. 30 or more days before your rental: full refund of your deposit. 7 to 29 days: half refunded. Under 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable. Tell us at least 7 days ahead and we’ll move your booking to another open date at no charge.
