Choose a package or equipment and send a request with your event details. We confirm your date and send your rental agreement. Sign it and pay your deposit online, and you’re booked.

No. Requesting a quote is free and does not reserve equipment. Nothing is charged until we approve your request and you accept the rental agreement.

If your event is more than 14 days away, you pay 50% when you book and the balance is charged to the same card 7 days before your rental. Events within 14 days are paid in full when booked. Your deposit is part of your total, not an extra fee.

Deposits are paid online through Stripe using the secure link sent with your rental agreement.

Yes. Listed prices are per day, plus tax. Delivery and setup is a flat $75 in the Las Vegas valley, or pick up for free. You see your full estimate before you send a request, and we confirm it when we approve your date.

As soon as you know your date, especially for weekends. Use Check your date on the packages page for an instant answer. Last-minute requests are welcome too; events within 14 days are paid in full when booked.

The first day is full price and each extra day is half price. A Friday or Saturday to Monday weekend is billed as 1.5 days.

Yes. Delivery, setup and pickup afterward is a flat $75 anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. We set up and test everything before your event. The Live package is always delivered.

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin and surrounding areas. Access, parking, loading and timing are confirmed in your quote.

Yes, pickup is free for everything except the Live package. Bring a photo ID, and we place a refundable card hold ($250, or $500 for larger systems) that is released when the equipment comes back in good shape.

A flat $75 covers delivery, setup and pickup anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. Delivery or pickup before 8am or after 10pm adds $75. Farther locations are quoted.

Accurate access instructions, parking and loading arrangements, safe electrical power and a suitable spot for the equipment. Let us know about stairs, long carries or restricted access so they can be included in your quote.

Yes, with sheltered placement and suitable power. Outdoor events get a weather, power and coverage review before equipment is confirmed.

Yes, with every package. Tell us the genres, artists, must-plays and songs to skip when you request a quote, and we build the playlist on Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music and share it a few days before your event. It plays from your own account, on your phone or signed in on our iPad. Download it for offline play if your plan allows.

Not for most parties. With our systems you are the DJ: play music from your phone or laptop through pro speakers, and hand the wireless mic around for toasts. We can build the playlist for you, free. Want someone running the sound all night? Add an audio operator.

Yes. Build My System asks a few questions about your event and recommends equipment, and we review every request before confirming it.

Yes. You can add an audio operator to manage microphones, music playback and live mixing. Operator service is $300 per event day.

Each Shure BLX4R rental is one complete system: a receiver and its matching handheld microphone.

Yes. Every rental is tested before it leaves and again when it returns, and its condition is recorded.

We rent a 55-inch TV on a rolling stand for presentations and karaoke lyrics. Bring your playback device; we confirm the connection before your event.

We supply the sound system and microphones. Bring your karaoke app, song access and playback device, and use your own TV or rent ours.

No, we rent the sound so you can be the DJ: pro speakers, wireless mics and a free playlist built for your party if you want one. Prefer someone running the sound? Add an audio operator. DJs can rent our speakers, subwoofers and a Pioneer DJ DDJ-1000SRT controller.

An optional 10% of your equipment rental. It covers accidental damage during your rental, like a dropped microphone or a speaker knocked over. It does not cover theft, loss, liquid damage or misuse.

Yes. Send a request from My bookings. Extra equipment becomes a separate quote for your approval, so your original agreement and payment stay unchanged.

Plans change. 30 or more days before your rental: full refund of your deposit. 7 to 29 days: half refunded. Under 7 days: the deposit is non-refundable. Tell us at least 7 days ahead and we’ll move your booking to another open date at no charge.

Add the damage waiver (10% of your rental) and accidental damage during your rental is covered. It doesn’t cover theft, loss or liquid damage. Without it, documented repair or replacement costs are charged to the card on file, as described in your rental agreement.

Go to My bookings and enter your email. We send a 6-digit code, so there is no password to remember.
