YOUR INFORMATION

Quote request privacy.

When you request a quote, RAISE THE ROOF RENTALS stores the contact details, event information and equipment selection you provide so your inquiry can be reviewed and answered.

Your rental account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; no password is stored. We store your email address, account identifier, contact profile, linked bookings and change requests. Bookings are linked to your signed-in account when submitted, or connected using your private approval link. We do not expose bookings based only on an entered email address. Your portal requests and our responses are saved for rental administration. Newsletter signup does not create a rental account.

Your quote cart

Your equipment selection and service preferences are saved in this browser. Submitting the form saves your request in the website’s database. A quote request does not make a payment or confirm a reservation.

Request protection

A hashed network identifier and request time are stored to limit repeated submissions. Your contact information is not displayed publicly on the confirmation page.

Band riders

Rider files and stage plots are stored privately with your quote. Only the authorized site owner can download them. Please include production requirements only.

Email signup

If you opt in, we store your email address, signup time and consent to receive event ideas and rental updates. We do not send marketing messages automatically. You can ask us to remove your signup using the contact page.

Agreements and payments

Approved bookings store a copy of the agreement, accepted terms, signer name and mailing address, acceptance time and a hashed network identifier. Your private booking link provides access to your records; keep it confidential. Stripe processes card payments and Resend delivers booking emails when those services are connected. We store payment references and status, not card numbers. Agreement and payment records are retained for booking administration and resolving disputes. To suggest your mailing address as you type, the street text you enter is sent to Photon, a free address search by komoot built on OpenStreetMap.

Updates and questions

Use the contact page to make an inquiry about your request. Include your quote reference if you have one. Avoid sharing payment information or sensitive personal details in the notes field.
